As a requirement to receive an incentive through the Residential Solar Investment Program (RSIP) or financing through the Smart-E Loan program, Connecticut Green Bank (CGB) maintains the right to send out a third-party inspector on its behalf to assess whether your project has been installed in accordance with relevant codes and specifications.
If your solar PV, HVAC, energy efficiency, or hot water heating system is selected for inspection, you will first be notified of a forthcoming inspection by CGB. Then the inspector will contact you by email and/or phone to arrange for a date and time for the inspection.
If you have any questions about the CGB solar PV inspections process, please contact email@example.com or visit http://www.gosolarct.com. For more details on the Smart-E Loan program, please visit http://www.ctgreenbank.com/smarte or contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Although the inspector is not responsible for remedying issues with an installation, the inspector will report any findings back to CGB and your installer.
